Typically spark plugs, air filter, and a general inspection. I can add cabin filter, fuel filter, fluid flushes, or other items based on what your car needs.

Maybe. If the light is on due to worn spark plugs or a dirty sensor, a tune-up might resolve it. But I'd diagnose first to make sure we're addressing the actual problem.
Can you do a tune-up on any car?
Most cars and trucks, yes. Some vehicles have spark plugs that are very difficult to access and might need shop service. I'll let you know.
